Phillip Gallegos
Phillip, better known as Flip was born in Tulsa and has lived here all his life, with his parents, Susie and Albert, and his 19 year old brother Trent.
After graduating from Union High School Flip went on a mission trip to Guatemala, before attending the University of Oklahoma. While at OU he was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the University Achievement Class.
After three years at OU, Flip transferred to OSU to complete his degree in marketing.
Flip came to know the New Haven Day School “crew” while life guarding for the Summer Camp for two years at LaFortune Pool. We are excited that Flip will be joining the New Haven Extended Day Program staff this year!
The staff has ongoing training in the fundamentals of Early Childhood Development through scheduled workshops and other educational opportunities. In addition, all faculty are certified in First Aid, CPR, and Food Handling. Many teachers have a long tenure at New Haven Day School, and most are degreed or certified in Education. |
