Lee
Renee` has pursued her love of teaching over the past 16 years. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a B.S. in Speech Pathology and completed her standard certification in Early Education at Northeastern State University at U.C.A.T. She also attended workshops offered by Friends of Early Education and Tulsa Early Childhood Association for continuing professional standards in education.
Renee`’s work experience includes 11 years as a teacher assistant and a teacher at Monte Cassino Preschool. She has been teaching the Pre-K Dinosaurs class at New Haven since 1997. In addition, Renee` has presented workshops for fellow teachers at the Fun In the Sun Mini Conference which is sponsored by Friends of Early Childhood Education and Tulsa Early Childhood Association. Furthermore, Renee` was recognized by her peers in 2002 as a Friends Top Ten for her excellent work in Early Childhood Education!
Renee` and her husband Doug have one daughter, Jennifer, and a grandson Tyler (who is a student at New haven). Renee` and Doug enjoy vacations together, as well as spending time at Grand Lake. Renee` also enjoys reading, bowling, pets and gardening.
